The wonderfully painted doors and beams in the house were created by a loyal guest and friend of Elise Hirsig, the Count von Hardenberg, a descendant of Novalis, who stayed at Gletscherblick for a long time. He not only decorated the doors, but also had humorous ideas for their inscriptions. For example, on one toilet door it said: "Hurry up" and on the other "Hurry up". Several artists have visited and influenced the "Gletscherblic" over the more than hundred years of its existence, not often the stay was paid with art and so one finds smaller and larger treasures everywhere in the house.
