Build & Ride – Build Your Own ZEN Snowboard

Hasliberg is a place waiting to be discovered. The mountains, forests, trails, and people have shaped this landscape for generations.
With Build & Ride, we combine this mountain world with traditional craftsmanship and a passion for snowboarding.
Together with friends or family, you’ll build your own snowboard under the guidance of Reto Neiger, founder of ZEN Snowboards. Step by step, using a wood core, fibers, and a base, you’ll create a custom board that will be with you for many years to come. Along the way, you’ll gain insights into ZEN’s philosophy, shape development, material selection, and the details that make a snowboard more than just a piece of sports equipment.

The schedule is based on the individual construction phases. In between, before, or after, there’s time for everything that makes summer on the Hasliberg so special.

Whether you’re on your bike, at the pump track, at the lake, on hiking trails, or with the kids on the Muggestutz Trail and the marble run—every day offers opportunities for your own adventures. In the end, you’ll take home not just a snowboard, but memories of special days in the mountains—and a board that you helped create yourself.
