Critters Club
We’re lucky to live in a place where nature is always around us. Every day, there’s something new to discover all around the hotel, at the swimming lake, and in the forest. Through the Critters Club, we’d like to invite children to do just that: go outside, observe, touch, ask questions, try things out, and make their own discoveries.
Little by little, various projects take shape. Some children can explore on their own, while others do so together with Guido. He is a biologist and has known the Hasliberg for many years. On his tours, you’ll discover animals, plants, and mushrooms that you would otherwise simply walk right past. Our swimming lake is also teeming with life. Here, for example, you can watch a tadpole turn into a toad or see which animals and plants call the water and its surroundings home.
What could be better than wandering through the woods, feeling like a little explorer, and doing something good for nature at the same time?
There’s plenty for adults to discover, too. Together with Guido, we regularly offer nature experiences and excursions. Whether it’s mushrooms, animals, plants, or simply a fresh perspective on the landscape right on our doorstep, we want to show you just how exciting nature can be.
The Critters Club is growing step by step. New ideas, stations, and experiences are constantly being added. Our simple wish is for children and adults to explore nature with open eyes and perhaps discover one or two things they would have walked right past before.
