Reiki comes from Japan and means "universal life energy."

Reiki is a form of energy work that allows you to recharge universal energy. Through the laying on of hands, life energy flows through your energy centers (chakras), into the organs, cells and aura. Reiki activates and cleanses the energy pathways so that body, soul and spirit come into harmony.

During the Reiki treatment you lie completely relaxed on the treatment couch. You are clothed and in a pleasant atmosphere. In a certain order, the therapist's hands are placed on various positions on your body. You will feel a pleasant warmth, relaxation and lightness.

You do not need to do anything else during the treatment. Allow yourself a moment of relaxation and let the energies work.
